Setting Perytons Analyzer Licenses to run on a single PC (e.g. ZigBee and BLE)
Frequently, it is important to find out the “RF Picture” before testing your wireless system. You can use the Perytons analyzer to find out the RF traffic and interference in your test environment, at the lab or in the field. The analyzer provides per channel RF noise measurement helping identify interference sources such as WiFi, cordless phones and microwave ovens. Both the ‘Passive’ and ‘Active’ Scan processes search for 802.15.4 based activity, such as ZigBee and 6LoWPAN. It creates a list of channels with RF activity to select from and analyze. A list of the devices found is displayed enabling to see the relevant PAN, device type, device source address and received RSSI.
