Peryton-PLC - Power Line Communication protocol analyzer for narrow-band PLC networks and more

PLC Analyzer for Power Line Communications Networks and Protocols

PLC (Power Line Communications) is a well known technology. In the last couple of years, a variety of PLC based applications and large projects were introduced. This includes AMR (Automated Meter Reading), Command & Control, intelligent infrastructure, and more.

The PLC arena involves standards (e.g. HomePlug CC, PRIME, G3, IEEE P1901.2) as well as proprietary protocols. The Peryton-PLC is a wire line protocol analyzer. It allows developers, QA, technical support and integration teams to improve product quality while keeping shorter time to market.

The Peryton-PLC analyzer uses a suitable front-end module to interface to the PLC environment running the specific protocol of choice.

The current Peryton-PLC supports the PRIME - PoweRline Intelligent Metering Evolution protocol and is the only solution for having a professional PLC analysis tool for such networks.

With the Peryton-SDK Add-On, customers having their own flavor of the PLC protocol or their own proprietary layers or applications, can easily add them into the analyzer, resulting in a single, professional and analysis tool customized specifically to the customers' needs.
